All activities are included with your access. Once your purchase is completed, bookings for group classes, cold baths, Hyrox, and CrossFit sessions must be made through the Resawod app.
The minimum age required to train is 16 years old. For younger participants, supervised kids classes are available, as well as personal coaching sessions if you wish to train with children under 16.
